David Cohen was such a huge help and provided excellent customer service. I brought in a watch that I need links removed. It wasn't an overly expensive watch for what they are selling. He took the links out for me and even helped me set the watch up. I was very grateful as I am new to wearing a... watch. When it came time to check out he wouldn't accept any payment. Took me by surprise in todays world to have someone help you like he did but then wouldn't let me pay for his time and efforts.
